Lucius McKinzieGrandview held their schoolwide Spelling Bee on Tuesday, December 13th.  There were nine Spelling Bee participants, one from each classroom in grades 3 - 5.  There were also three judges, one alternate judge and  one Pronouncer.
The Spelling Bee went for 13 rounds, the most rounds we have ever had. The winning word that was spelled last by Lucius McKinzie was fortune.
Congratulations to Lucius McKinzie, a fourth grade student in Mrs.Rogers' class, Grandview's Spelling Bee winner!!!  Lucius will represent Grandview in the District Spelling.

Grandview would also like to congratulate Derriah Edwards a fifth grade student from Mr. Tsukuda's class.
Congratulations to all the nine participants! They all did an awesome job!!!
